Senior Accountant

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join the finance team of a leading company in the healthcare sector in Málaga. The selected person will play a key role in the financial management of the business, ensuring correct accounting, budgetary, and collections control, in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment.

• Senior accountant with experience in invoicing and reporting capability

Reporting to the corporate finance management, they will assume the following functions:

• Management of general accounting and monthly closings.
• Monitoring and control of customer accounts.
• Management and follow-up of collections.
• Invoicing and reconciliation with insurance companies.
• Preparation of periodic financial reporting.
• Budget control and variance analysis.
• Analysis of the profit and loss statement (P&L).
• Participation in the improvement of financial and administrative processes.
• Collaboration in the implementation and use of SAP.

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Education in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar.
• Between 2 and 5 years of experience in accounting or finance positions.
• Solid knowledge of financial accounting and accounting closings.
• Experience in collections management and customer monitoring, preferably in the healthcare or services sector.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Autonomous, decisive profile with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Experience working in dynamic environments with a high volume of work.
• SAP knowledge is highly valued.
• A good level of English is positively valued.
