The role

A renowned company in the industrial sector in a process of growth and expansion is looking to incorporate a Corporate Finance Director and Controlling Manager who will assume a key role in the group's financial function. The position will have high exposure and close interaction with the CEO and the investment fund.

Strategic position within the company

What you'll do

Reporting to the CEO with high visibility with the fund and investors.

Corporate strategy:

Active participation and support to the CEO and the investment fund in the inorganic growth of the company.
Valuation and search for investment opportunities, design of financing and return models.
Participation in the financial and strategic planning of the company.

Corporate controlling

Reporting to General Management and the investment fund, guaranteeing its reliability and timeliness.
Lead the financial reporting to the fund, providing rigorous and accurate information.
Ensuring with the finance department the timely consolidation and integration of global reporting, as well as obligations to third parties.

Operational controlling

Lead the generation of transversal KPIs to monitor critical areas of the business. Coordinating tasks with the finance, IT, and operations departments.
