Hotel Director - 5 Star Hotel

We are looking for a General Manager with a strong operational orientation to comprehensively lead a 5-star hotel, guaranteeing excellence in the customer experience, business profitability, and compliance with quality standards. The position requires consolidated experience in hotel management, team leadership, P&L management, and solid knowledge of the accommodation and food & beverage areas.

We are looking for a person with experience in hotel management and the ability to assume global responsibility for the establishment, combining operational vision, team leadership, customer orientation, and economic management. As an essential requirement, the candidate must have managed a 4-star Superior or 5-star hotel.

They must have the capacity to lead multidisciplinary teams and work with different department heads. They must know how to lead through the managers of each area, demand results, develop talent, and generate a culture of responsibility, service, and collaboration. They must also have the judgment to work with HR on staffing levels, team organization, productivity, the selection of key positions, and talent development and retention.

We need a person with a deep knowledge of hotel operations, capable of understanding the interdependence between the different areas of the hotel, quickly detecting operational problems, anticipating incidents, and intervening when necessary. They must have a transversal vision of the establishment's functioning and the capacity to ensure coordinated, efficient operations aligned with the standards of a 5-star hotel.
