What we're looking for

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Technical Architecture, or equivalent technical qualification.
Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial construction, civil works, or complex industrial environments.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Site Management, Construction Management, or Assembly Management positions.
Simultaneous management of multiple high-volume and complex projects.
Economic control, cost management, and project profitability.
Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and decentralized organizations.
Management of subcontractors, strategic suppliers, and end clients.
Accustomed to high-demand environments in safety, quality, and deadline compliance.
Advanced English level - including the ability to lead technical and follow-up meetings in English.
Availability for national and international travel according to project needs.

Nice to have

Highly valued: prefabricated concrete structures, industrialized construction, logistics centers, industrial projects, and data centers.
