The role

We are looking for a Civil Works/Building Foreman in Málaga to supervise and coordinate construction projects in the real estate sector, guaranteeing quality and compliance with established deadlines. This permanent position offers an opportunity to manage key projects in the region.

What you'll do

Supervise and coordinate daily activities on construction sites.
Ensure compliance with established deadlines and quality standards.
Manage the necessary resources and materials for each project.
Supervise the work team and coordinate with the different suppliers and subcontractors.

Resolve any incidents that arise during the development of the projects.
Collaborate with technical managers in the planning and execution of the works.
