• Lead multiple engineering teams within the Core Platform area.
• Ensure the predictable delivery of technological initiatives and the continuous evolution of internal platforms (CI/CD, observability, tooling, cloud, frameworks).
• Improve delivery speed while ensuring reliability and reducing bottlenecks.
• Drive engineering performance metrics (DORA, Lead Time, Throughput, MTTR, Deployment Frequency).
• Define clear ownership structures and develop technical talent (Technical Leads and senior engineers).
• Improve the stability, scalability, and governance of technological platforms.
• Promote the adoption of common standards and simplify the technological ecosystem.
• Optimize the Developer Experience by reducing friction in development, testing, and deployment.
• Implement efficient incident management models (SLAs, SLOs) and improve platform resilience.
• Participate in technical decisions from an indirect leadership role with credibility in distributed architectures.
• Drive the adoption of AI and automation to improve the productivity of the engineering area.

We are looking for an Engineering Manager with a strong focus on execution and operational excellence to lead teams within Core Platform, ensuring the delivery of scalable and reliable solutions used by multiple engineering teams. The role focuses on improving efficiency, reliability, and development speed through indirect technical leadership, process optimization, and continuous improvement.

• Previous experience as an Engineering Manager leading teams of more than 10 people.
• Solid technical background in platforms, cloud, DevOps, and distributed systems.
• Experience in complex environments and management through performance metrics.
• Knowledge of technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Kafka, REST APIs, CI/CD, or GitHub.
• Experience in Platform Engineering, infrastructure, or Developer Platforms.
• Ability to lead technically without formal authority.
