Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) with English

Multinational logistics and transportation company located in the southeast of Madrid is looking to incorporate a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) profile to strengthen its financial team.

• High level of English.
• Handling of Excel, PowerPoint and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

As part of the financial team, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the analysis and control of the company's results, ensuring the reliability of financial information.
• Managing the global P&L, analyzing deviations and business evolution.
• Directing the budgeting and forecasting processes, including financial planning and continuous monitoring.
• Analyzing EBITDA (margin bridges, volume/price effects, etc.).
• Developing and maintaining advanced financial models to support decision-making.
• Evaluating the profitability of projects, investments and business lines.
• Managing and controlling CAPEX.
• Preparing and presenting periodic financial reports to Management and the international headquarters.
• Analyze key KPIs by proposing corrective actions and business improvements.
• Identifying and promoting improvements and automations in financial processes.

We are looking for an analytical, structured profile with the ability to influence:

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
• Previous experience of at least 5 years in FP&A / Management Control positions.
• High level of Excel and experience in data environments.
• Valuable knowledge of SAP.
• Good handling of PowerPoint for preparing reports and presentations to Management.
• Experience in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar).
• High level of English (minimum B2) for international reporting.
• Profile with analytical mindset, organized, proactive and eager to learn.

Formando parte del equipo financiero, te responsabilizarás de:

• Liderar el análisis y control del resultado de la compañía, asegurando la fiabilidad de la información financiera.
• Gestionar el P&L global, analizando desviaciones y evolución del negocio.
• Dirigir los procesos de budgeting y forecasting, incluyendo la planificación financiera y seguimiento continuo.
• Analizar el EBITDA (puentes de margen, efectos volumen/precio, etc.).
• Desarrollar y mantener modelos financieros avanzados para apoyo a la toma de decisiones.
• Evaluar la rentabilidad de proyectos, inversiones y líneas de negocio.
• Gestionar y controlar el CAPEX.
• Elaborar y presentar reportes financieros periódicos a Dirección y matriz internacional.
• Analizar KPIs clave proponiendo acciones correctivas y mejoras del negocio.
• Identificar e impulsar mejoras y automatizaciones en los procesos financieros.

Buscamos un perfil analítico, estructurado y con capacidad de influencia:

• Formación universitaria en ADE, Economía o similar.
• Experiencia previa de al menos 5 años en posiciones de FP&A / Control de Gestión.
• Alto nivel de Excel y experiencia en entornos de datos.
• Valorable conocimiento de SAP.
• Buen manejo de PowerPoint para la elaboración de reportes y presentaciones a Dirección.
• Experiencia en herramientas de BI (Power BI, Tableau o similares).
• Nivel alto de inglés (mínimo B2) para reporting internacional.
• Perfil con mentalidad analítica, organizado, proactivo y con ganas de aprender.
