The role

Are you motivated by leading complex services, managing teams, and being the face of key clients? A leading service company is seeking a Manager to lead its operations in Aragon.

Service Manager
Zaragoza

What you'll do

Business development: consolidating relationships with existing clients and collaborating on new business opportunities.
Operations: directing the services provided, helping resolve day-to-day incidents, and optimizing the way we work.
Staff: leading the processes of hiring, training, and team development under your supervision, while overseeing the sizing of resources needed to deliver services.
Finance: participating in preparing the annual budget and monthly closings, helping identify and correct variances.
Supporting corporate departments.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

University degree (technical preferred).
Master's degree is a plus.
Over 10 years of experience managing service contracts.
B2 level of English.
Skills: customer and results orientation, analytical ability, team management, and flexibility.
