Reporting to the Territorial Director, your responsibilities will include, among others:

• Management, oversight, support and development of the existing insurance broker network. Geographic scope: Zaragoza.
• Primarily responsible for new broker appointments (recruitment, persuasion, training and mentoring)
• Training for intermediaries. Management of portfolios and compliance with the programs and commitments of agreements with brokers.
• Promotion of agreements and commitments with intermediaries.
• Responsible for preparing and meeting budget objectives.
• Generate Added Value.

• Residence in Zaragoza required.
• Professional with a higher degree or diploma/bachelor's degree in Economics, Business or Law.
• Proven, successful experience of at least 3 years managing broker networks in the area, professionals in the sector, insurance brokers and intermediaries in the market, and carrying out commercial activities with Corporate groups, in the areas of life, investment and/or health business.
• Existing relationships with local brokers required.
• User level of Office, especially Excel.
• Own vehicle required.
