The role

We are looking to hire a Group Treasury Manager with advanced English to lead the function within an international business group at a key moment of evolution and growth.

What you'll do

The Group Treasury Manager will play a fundamental role in the definition, structuring, and optimization of the Group's cash management model, combining strategic vision with execution capacity in a demanding, dynamic environment with high operational volume.

Reporting directly to the Finance Department, this person will become a key interlocutor in financial decision-making, providing visibility, forecasting, and control over liquidity.

- Lead the Group's global treasury management, ensuring a consolidated view of liquidity

- Design, implement, and improve cash forecasting models

- Define cash management, collections, and payments criteria and policies adapted to a complex and growing environment

- Provide financial visibility for decision-making, anticipating liquidity needs and possible deviations

- Supervise and optimize cash flows, identifying efficiency levers

- Act as a connection point between the different areas

- Maintain dialogue with financial institutions from a functional and coordination perspective

- Drive the improvement of treasury processes and tools, contributing to the professionalization of the area

- Support the evolution of the team, combining strategic vision with a close approach to operations when necessary

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

More than 7 years of experience in treasury and/or financial positions with direct exposure to cash management

Experience in environments with operational complexity (volume, multiple entities, or geographies)

Ability to combine analytical/strategic vision with execution

Experience in developing and managing treasury forecasts

Good understanding of banking operations and financial flows

High level of English (required for the international environment)

Structured profile, with critical thinking and a continuous improvement mindset

Strong ability to adapt to demanding, changing, and high-pressure environments

Communication skills and the ability to interact with different levels within the organization

Willingness to reside and work in the A Coruña area
