Maintenance and Automation Engineer

We are looking for a Maintenance and Automation Engineer for a company in the industrial/manufacturing sector in northern Valencia, to carry out the preventive, predictive, and planned maintenance plan, performing fault analysis and diagnosis when necessary.

• Collaborate on the tasks of the Technical Office.
• Carry out sketches and drawings of parts and tooling, or provide specifications to external suppliers.
• Work as a team with production staff on joint tasks.
• Carry out scheduled tasks for inspection, repair, construction, assembly, and disassembly of equipment and facilities.
• Ensure the maintainability of facilities and the quality of the work.
• Train staff in maintenance tasks at a high level.
• Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and planned maintenance.
• Check the suitability of materials and spare parts.
• Investigate and diagnose faults.
• Adjustments and config. of PLCs (Siemens TIA portal, Omron…).

• Permanent contract

• 2 years of experience in maintenance and technical office
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Vocational Training in Electromechanics.
• Advanced knowledge of industrial automation and control systems.
• Experience in managing preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to lead technical teams and coordinate projects.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Availability to work in northern Valencia
• Valuable: Metal OHS course and overhead crane and forklift licenses
• Valuable: knowledge of SAP

Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a de Mantenimiento y Automatización para una empresa del sector industrial/manufacturing en Valencia norte, para ejecutar el plan de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y planificado, realizando análisis y diagnóstico de averías cuando sea necesario.

• Colaborar en los trabajos propios de la Oficina Técnica.
• Realizar croquis y dibujos de piezas y utillajes o dar especificaciones a proveedores externos.
• Trabajar en equipo con el personal de producción en tareas conjuntas.
• Ejecutar trabajos programados de revisión, reparación, construcción, montaje y desmontaje de equipos e instalaciones.
• Garantizar la mantenibilidad de las instalaciones y la calidad de los trabajos.
• Formar al personal de producción en labores de mantenimiento de primer nivel.
• Realizar mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo, correctivo y planificado.
• Comprobar la idoneidad de materiales y repuestos.
• Investigar y diagnosticar averías.
• Ajustes y config. de PLCs (Siemens TIA portal, Omron…).

• Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Electrónica o FP Electromecánica.

• Capacidad para liderar equipos técnicos y coordinar proyectos.
• Conocimiento de normativas de seguridad y medio ambiente.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar en Valencia norte
• Valorable curso PRL metal y carnets de uso puente grúa y carretilla
• Valorable conocimientos en SAP
