What we're looking for

Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or similar.
Advanced level of English (minimum B2).
Fluent in Catalan and Spanish.
Proficiency in office tools.
Driver's license to reach the facilities.
Person with initiative, analytical capacity, and good communication skills.

Nice to have

Previous experience through academic internships or first years of professional experience is valued.
French level is a plus.

The role

International industrial company specializing in the design and manufacture of waste collection and urban services equipment, is looking to incorporate a Junior Engineer to provide support to the international after-sales and warranty area.

What you'll do

Analyze technical incidents reported by international customers and distributors.
Provide support in the management and monitoring of warranties.
Collaborate with the engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve technical problems.
Act as the point of contact with distributors and customers from different European markets.
Prepare technical reports and documentation related to incidents and warranties.
Participate in the analysis of after-sales data to detect trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate in technical training for distributors and end users.
Keep the department's records and documentation up to date.
