The role

We are looking for a Site Manager for construction and renovation projects in the hospital, retail, and office sectors (tertiary sector). Projects up to €5M. The professional will be responsible for supervising and coordinating on-site activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and budget.

Experience in building construction (not new residential construction)
Experience in tertiary sector projects

What you'll do

Coordinate and supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Manage the material and human resources required for project execution.
Ensure compliance with the deadlines established in the project.
Control costs and ensure the budget is not exceeded.
Supervise health and safety in the work environment.
Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors involved in the project.
Prepare and present reports on project progress.
Identify and resolve potential technical issues during project execution.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Training in Technical Architecture or similar.
Previous experience managing tertiary construction projects.
Knowledge of budget management and cost control.
Ability to coordinate teams and work under pressure.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
Analytical skills and technical problem-solving ability.
