Reporting to the R&D&I Management and in direct coordination with Group Management, the selected person will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and promoting new business opportunities, both in product development within their sector and in new applications to diversify into other sectors, leveraging the capabilities, technologies, and markets existing in the organization. Their mission will be to drive strategic initiatives that contribute to the Group's sustainable growth, energizing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the proper maturation and progress of each project, in line with the Group's firm commitment to generating R&D that translates into new business opportunities.

  • Participate in, promote, and drive projects involving changes across other business units of the Group (local and international), seeking the overall optimum
  • Drive the development of team members, implementing the guidelines and methodologies of the people management model, attending to their development, training, and evaluation, in order to achieve their best contribution, involvement, and satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with the management systems policy and existing legislation on quality, risk prevention, and the environment, and advance the implementation and improvement of measures that develop the different management systems established by the Group.
