Requirements

What we're looking for

Consolidated, verifiable experience directing production plants or managing construction works. A profile as a site manager for residential building will be especially valued.
Degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Chemical), Technical Architecture, or Higher Vocational Training with a solid background in construction.
Knowledge of the construction sector and its distribution and purchasing network.
Negotiation and technical sales skills.
Problem-solving, proactive profile with leadership, oriented towards results and with empathy towards the customer.
Willingness to be involved in the day-to-day operations of the plant.

The role

Important environmental engineering company is looking to hire a person to manage a new manufacturing plant, and who will also lead its market launch.

What you'll do

Manage and optimize the plant, guaranteeing efficiency, quality, and safety of the production process.
Supervise production phases, controlling energy and raw material costs.
Plan manufacturing and finished product stock according to sales forecasts and firm orders.
Ensure that the product complies with technical data sheets, resistance regulations, and quality seals.
Coordinate machinery maintenance and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Organize internal logistics and product storage.
Acquire and develop customers.
Prepare, present, and follow up on technical commercial offers.
Manage commercial incidents and technical claims, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

How you'll work

On-site position in Bilbao, with occasional travel to customers during the day.
