The role

What you'll do

An important leading business group in services and infrastructure, with a national presence, is looking to hire a Treasury Manager to lead financial and liquidity management in a multi-company environment.

The sought profile will have recent experience as a Treasury Manager, Senior Treasury Technician, or in similar positions within finance departments, providing experience in corporate treasury, banking management, or financial accounting.

Northwest Madrid Area.
Fixed salary of €45K-€50K + variable.

The profile will have the following responsibilities:

Comprehensive management of the treasury of a business group with a multi-company structure.
Leadership of two people.
Preparation and monitoring of cash flow and treasury forecasts.
Control and optimization of liquidity in a multi-company environment.
Operational relationship with financial entities and monitoring of banking products.
Monitoring of financing operations and fulfillment of financial obligations.
Supervision of payments and collections.
Active participation in the optimization of working capital.
Improvement of treasury processes and procedures.
Coordination with the accounting area.
Direct support to the CFO in financial decision-making.

The profile will have the following requirements:

University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in corporate treasury, banking management, or financial accounting.
Recent experience as a Treasury Manager, Senior Treasury Technician, or in similar positions within finance departments.
Experience in multi-company treasury management.
Experience in relationship with banking entities and monitoring of financial products.
Solid knowledge of the full accounting cycle and financial closing processes.
Experience in cash flow preparation and treasury forecasting.
Advanced level of Excel.
Valuable experience in Auditing (Big4 or similar) and subsequent move to a company.
Valuable experience with ERP (SAP, Navision, Sage 200 or similar).
