Temporary Treasury Technician

Minimum Experience required: At least 1 year as an administrative assistant in a Finance Department.

Education level and specialty: Higher Level Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) in Administration and Finance.

We are currently looking for a person with experience as a treasury technician to cover a maternity leave on a temporary basis, whose main mission will be to supervise, control, and monitor the various store collection processes (cash, cards, meal vouchers...) of the assigned Brands, establishing and executing the necessary action plans to ensure their correct registration, from both a technical and accounting standpoint.

1. Management and control of all business lines at the payment level regarding cards, deposit cards, cash, meal vouchers, etc., feeding the system with the necessary data in all forms of collection/expense so that the reconciliation is correct.

2. Management and resolution of customer claims related to card payments for proper service and managing the incident as quickly as possible to avoid subsequent claims.

3. Managing the request for collection devices with financial institutions, so that they are installed in a timely and proper manner for new openings of our own centers, as well as requesting the registration of virtual merchants (APP) for both our own and franchised locations by feeding the database (CRM).

4. Monitoring of cash closures recorded daily by the stores, performing the necessary accounting sales adjustments with the objective of providing correct reporting to the Tax Agency (SII).

5. Collaboration in the execution of area projects for the improvement of internal processes, performing the necessary functional validation tests to ensure their error-free implementation.

6. Training the team on changes in procedures, resolving their doubts, and ensuring the constant updating of their performance and the homogenization of communication towards the business and the workers.

7. Collaborating in the management of internal and external audits, facilitating the requested documentary support and resolving auditors' doubts to meet audit requirements within the established timeframe.

8. Updating and maintaining the various files of the work area (merchants, unit funds, income systems, etc.) to speed up response time in the case of new registrations or possible demands from external customers.
