Delegation Manager Valladolid - DÜRR SYSTEMS

The selected person will be responsible for developing the business, strengthening relationships with key customers, leading a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring the successful execution of projects that bring value to our customers.

• Become part of the multinational Dürr Systems Spain
• Responsible for the automotive, railway, and aeronautics business.

• Periodically visit customers to offer advice, identify their needs, and maintain a direct and continuous relationship that favors the creation of solid bonds.
• Supervise and coordinate the personnel under their charge.
• Prepare technical-economic offers, as appropriate, using available corporate tools such as Salesforce, Excel, Word, and Quality applications.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects agreed upon with the clientele, as well as perform their monitoring, using Excel, calculation programs, Project Center, MS Project, or other applicable tools.
• Assume the functions of assembly supervisor on-site when necessary, coordinating and verifying that the work is carried out according to what was previously established.
• Supervise the personnel under their charge and the supplier companies during on-site execution, through periodic reports and project monitoring.
• Proactively drive the sale of materials and services, preparing, when necessary, offers oriented toward satisfying the needs of the clientele and reinforcing the commercial relationship.
• Actively promote the commercialization of Dürr spare parts and products.
• Manage and provide assistance to the clientele during warranty periods.

• Higher University Degree or Technical Degree in Engineering.
• 2 years in technical-commercial functions, project management, and on-site work at customer locations.
• Previous experience in the automotive surface treatment sector will be valued.
• Experience in project management and technical-economic offers will be valued.
