About the role

We are looking to hire a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineer for large-scale residential projects in IBIZA. The selected candidate will provide direct support to the Site Manager / Project Manager, with a special focus on the coordination, control, and quality of installations, ensuring proper execution, cost optimization, and compliance with the standards set by the company.

  • Coordinate the installation subcontractors, ensuring technical and operational alignment with the Site Manager/PM.
  • Carry out site surveys and technical coordination to prevent clashes and conflicts between disciplines.
  • Supervise the proper execution of installations at all project stages, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise with utility companies for administrative procedures (obtaining building services).



Quality Control

  • Continuously review the quality of the executed works regarding installations.
  • Review the project design to anticipate faults/deficiencies and find solutions.
  • Ensure that the guidelines set out in the minutes - including those not reflected in the design - are known, understood, and applied by the incoming subcontractors.
