The role

We are looking for a Technical Manager to lead and manage investment projects at the plant, also taking charge of the maintenance area at the Zamora factory.

What you'll do

Lead projects for the installation of new equipment and production lines, ensuring their proper operation.
Control the budget assigned to the engineering and maintenance department.
Lead and coordinate the maintenance department: preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for facilities. Also manage productive maintenance and general services.
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in maintenance processes.
Manage the technical team and provide ongoing training to technicians.
Optimize the use of resources and minimize equipment downtime.
Collaborate with other departments to implement improvements in production processes.
Manage CAPEX and OPEX.
Prepare periodic reports on the status of facilities and equipment.
Coordinate with subcontractors.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Degree in Engineering.
Previous experience leading a technical department: engineering and maintenance.
Advanced knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems.
Ability to manage teams and lead improvement projects.
Ability to work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
