¿Dónde vas a trabajar?

A leading international sports organisation is entering a defining new era, with an ambitious opportunity to grow its global audience, deepen its cultural relevance, and establish itself as one of the most compelling sports and entertainment brands in the world.

The Senior Fan Experience Manager will bring that ambition to life at live events, reimagining how fans engage with the brand across the entire event journey. You will own the experience design for the fan-facing programme, creating distinctive moments that deepen connection, encourage participation, and give fans more reasons to return.

You will define fresh formats across fan stages, athlete appearances, fan zones, VIP experiences, and other key touchpoints. This is not an event operations role. You will set the vision and create the programme, then work closely with internal stakeholders, promoters, and delivery partners to bring it to life through creativity, practical judgement, and consistently high standards.

  • Build highly collaborative relationships with event operations, sporting departments, teams, athletes, promoters, agencies, and suppliers.
  • Partner closely with digital teams to ensure a connected fan journey, integrating physical and digital experiences before, during, and after events.
  • Select and manage creative and experiential agencies, ensuring their work aligns with the overall strategy and elevates execution standards.
  • Support implementation at priority events while maintaining a clear distinction between experience ownership and operational delivery.
  • Travel regularly to key events throughout the season to gather insights, develop new fan concepts, and continuously enhance the event experience.

Feedback & Continuous Improvement

  • Create a consistent approach to fan feedback, observation, and post-event reviews.
  • Use participation data, audience sentiment, promoter feedback, operational learnings, and available audience insights to evaluate experiences and formats.
