Container Technician (OpenShift) - 100% remote

We are looking for an OpenShift Container Technician with experience in cloud platform administration and containerized environments, participating in the operation, exploitation, and continuous improvement of critical technological infrastructures for one of our clients.

• Administration and exploitation of container platforms based on Docker, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift.
• Management, maintenance, and evolution of continuous integration platforms using Jenkins, GitLab, and SpringBoot environments.
• Administration and support of monitoring, logging, and observability platforms such as ELK and Grafana.
• Management of cloud infrastructures in AWS and/or Azure environments.
• Design, development, and implementation of automations using Ansible and Terraform.
• Supervision and administration of monitoring platforms such as Nagios and Zabbix.
• Resolution of complex incidents, troubleshooting, performance analysis, and error detection in infrastructures and systems.
• Collaboration in the optimization and continuous improvement of technological platforms.
• Participation in administration tasks for critical and high-availability environments.
• Preparation of technical documentation and operating procedures.

• Higher Level Vocational Training in the field of IT and Communications or a university degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent (≥ MECES 1 / EQF 5).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the ICT sector.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in systems administration and exploitation.
• Advanced level of English (essential).
• Experience in administration of Docker, Kubernetes, and/or Red Hat OpenShift platforms.
• Experience in administration of continuous integration platforms based on Jenkins, GitLab, and SpringBoot.
• Experience with ELK and Grafana platforms.
• Knowledge of AWS and/or Azure cloud environment administration.
• Experience in automation with Ansible and Terraform.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Nagios and Zabbix.
• Analytical capacity, incident resolution, and infrastructure optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience managing services in critical and high-performance infrastructures under ITIL methodologies.
• Administration of WebLogic, Tomcat, or JBoss application servers.
• Administration of Apache and IIS web servers.
• Experience with observability platforms such as Dynatrace or Datadog.
• CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) certification.
• Red Hat OpenShift or Red Hat JBoss certifications.
• AWS or Azure certifications.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
