BETWEEN Group is looking to add an Architectural Project Manager to our team of professionals. If you are passionate about architecture, have at least 5 years of experience in project drafting, and are seeking a dynamic, 100% remote work environment, this is your opportunity!

As an Architectural Project Manager, you will be a key player in the technical development of our projects. You will be responsible for the complete preparation of the technical, graphic, and administrative documentation required for the successful completion of architectural projects, ensuring coherence, regulatory compliance, and technical feasibility.

What you'll do

  • Comprehensive development of the technical documentation required for the architectural project.
  • Preparation of detailed architectural drawings, descriptive technical reports, precise measurements, and all necessary graphic documentation.
  • Direct support to the Project Director in the technical coordination of the work and supervision of the achievement of objectives.
  • Integration of the various elements and technical disciplines into a single, coherent, and functional document.

Job Requirements*

  • Official university degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable experience of at least 5 years in architectural project drafting, covering everything from the basic project to the execution project.
  • Proficiency in architectural design and modeling tools (BIM preferred), as well as CAD software.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Technical Building Code (CTE) and other applicable building regulations.
