Industrial Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician with experience in the industrial and manufacturing sector to join a professional team in Loeches.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve breakdowns in mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Supervise and ensure the proper operation of production lines.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize production processes.
• Manage the inventory of spare parts and tools needed for maintenance.
• Document and report all interventions performed on equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations in operations.
• Propose technical improvements to increase system efficiency.

• Permanent contract in a consolidated company in the industrial and manufacturing sector.
• Competitive salary range between €26,000 and €30,000 gross per year, plus additional bonuses.

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Technical training in mechanical, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience and strong skills in maintaining equipment and industrial manufacturing systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Ability to work as part of a team and coordinate with other departments.
• Knowledge of safety regulations in the industrial environment.
• Availability to work in Loeches on rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) from Monday to Sunday, with a rotating calendar.

Buscamos un/a Técnico/a de Mantenimiento con experiencia en el sector industrial y de fabricación para unirse a un equipo profesional en Loeches.

• Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de maquinaria y equipos industriales.
• Diagnosticar y solucionar averías en sistemas mecánicos, eléctricos y electrónicos.
• Supervisar y garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de las líneas de producción.
• Colaborar con el equipo de ingeniería para optimizar los procesos productivos.
• Gestionar el inventario de repuestos y herramientas necesarios para el mantenimiento.
• Documentar y reportar todas las intervenciones realizadas en los equipos.
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad y calidad en las operaciones.
• Proponer mejoras técnicas para aumentar la eficiencia de los sistemas.

• Contrato indefinido en una empresa consolidada del sector industrial y de fabricación.
• Rango salarial competitivo entre 26.000 € y 30.000 € anuales mas pluses.

El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

• Formación técnica en ingeniería mecánica, eléctrica o un campo relacionado.
• Experiencia de al menos un año y sólidos en mantenimiento de equipos industriales y sistemas de fabricación.
• Habilidad para diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos de manera eficiente.
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y coordinarse con otros departamentos.
• Conocimiento de normativas de seguridad en el ámbito industrial.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar en Loeches a tres turnos de T,M,N de lunes a domingos rotativos con calendario laboral.
