The role

If you have experience as a mechanic and manager and would like to join a leading company in the automotive sector, this is your opportunity!

What you'll do

Team management: Supervise and coordinate workshop staff, assigning tasks and ensuring that each worker fulfills their responsibilities efficiently and safely.
Quality control: Ensure that the work performed meets the quality and safety standards established by the company.
Planning and organization: Organize daily tasks and schedule maintenance or repair work according to established priorities and deadlines.
Equipment maintenance: Ensure that the workshop's machines and tools are in optimal condition.
Inventory control: Manage the stock of spare parts, tools, and materials needed for the workshop, placing orders and monitoring inventory levels.
Regulatory compliance: Ensure compliance with labor, environmental, and workplace safety regulations within the workshop.
Team management: Recruit, select, hire, train, supervise, and coordinate staff; manage billing for clients, debtors, and corporate clients.
