The role
From Ananda Gestión ETT, we are opening a selection process for a WORKSHOP MANAGER in Vila-real.
We offer
- Direct hiring by the company.
- Schedule from Monday to Friday, split shift.
- Salary from €2500 to €4000 net per month, negotiable depending on experience.
What you'll do
- Plan and organize the daily work of the workshop.
- Assign tasks to technical staff according to their competencies and workloads.
- Verify the correct diagnosis of faults in trucks and light vehicles.
- Ensure the proper use of diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Supervise repair and maintenance to guarantee the quality of the work.
- Perform final inspections of the repaired vehicles.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate functional tests to verify the repair.
- Coordinate the team of mechanics, electricians, and other technicians.
- Train staff in new techniques or maintenance procedures.
- Manage schedules, vacations, and work shifts, among other functions inherent to the position.
Additional Information
Requirements: extensive experience as a vehicle workshop manager. Profiles from both light and heavy vehicles will be considered.
