Vocational training level II or higher degree in Automotive or similar.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Workshop Manager in the body and paint areas.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team management are essential. Organized and structured person.

The role

Important dealership group with a strong presence in the province of Barcelona, needs to hire for its facilities located in Gurb,

You will report to the After-Sales Director and will be responsible for organizing the Body and Paint department, optimizing both human and technical resources at your disposal and maximizing the performance and productivity of the workshop.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for managing the body and paint technicians, organizing their workloads and repair rhythms.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all staff under your supervision have the appropriate knowledge, tools, attitude, and motivation to carry out their responsibilities.
You will organize and assign departmental tasks, ensuring they are properly completed.
You will handle complaints or issues that arise, both from a technical standpoint and in terms of customer relations.
