Body Shop Manager

You will report to the After-Sales Director and will be responsible for organizing the Body and Paint department, optimizing both human and technical resources at your disposal and maximizing the performance and productivity of the workshop.

What do we need you to bring?

• You will be responsible for managing the body and paint technicians, organizing their workloads and repair rhythms.

• You will be responsible for ensuring that all staff under your supervision have the appropriate knowledge, tools, attitude, and motivation to carry out their responsibilities.

• You will organize and assign departmental tasks, ensuring they are properly completed.

• You will handle complaints or issues that arise, both from a technical standpoint and in terms of customer relations.

Important dealership group with a strong presence in the province of Barcelona, needs to hire for its facilities located in Gurb,

• Vocational training level II or higher degree in Automotive or similar.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Workshop Manager in the body and paint areas.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team management are essential. Organized and structured person.

• Experience in team management.

Dependerás del Director de Postventa y te encargarás de organizar la sección de Plancha y Pintura, optimizando los recursos tanto humanos como técnicos a tu disposición y consiguiendo maximizar el rendimiento y la productividad del taller.

¿Qué necesitamos que aportes?

• Te encargarás de gestionar los técnicos de plancha y pintura organizando sus cargas de trabajo y los ritmos de reparación.

• Serás responsable de que todo el personal a cargo disponga de los conocimientos, herramientas, actitud y motivación adecuados para el desempeño de sus responsabilidades.

• Organizarás y asignarás las tareas del departamento, velando por su correcto cumplimiento.

• Gestionarás las reclamaciones o los problemas que se planteen tanto en su vertiente técnica como de relación con el cliente.

Importante grupo de concesionarios con fuerte presencia en la provincia de Barcelona, precisa incorporar para sus instalaciones ubicadas en Gurb,

• Formación FP II o CFGS Automoción o similar.

• Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia como Responsable de Taller en las áreas de plancha y pintura.

• Imprescindible buena capacidad de comunicación e interlocución, gestión de equipo. Persona organizada y estructurada.

• Experiencia en gestión de equipos.
