The role

Do you have experience as a workshop manager in the Automotive sector? Do you want to be part of a stable project in a leading company in the sector? At Randstad, we have an offer that will interest you!

What you'll do

Team management and organization: Workload assignment, task distribution, and technical supervision of the team of mechanics and electromechanics.
Operational planning: Plan the inflow and outflow of vehicles, guaranteeing compliance with delivery times and quality standards.
Customer service and advisory: Technical communication with customers, management of complex receptions, and incident resolution.
Spare parts and stock control: Coordination with the spare parts department for the forecasting of necessary materials.
Achievement of objectives and indicators: Monitoring of workshop KPIs (productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction) while ensuring occupational risk prevention regulations.

Requirements

Education: Intermediate or Higher Degree in Automotive, Electromechanics, or an equivalent qualification.
Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years performing functions as a Workshop Manager or Technical Manager in the automotive sector.
Key competencies: Leadership, results orientation, problem-solving ability, and excellent customer service.
Technical knowledge: Proficiency in multi-brand diagnostic tools and computerized workshop management.
Residency: Residency in Lleida or surroundings and a valid B driving license are essential.
