Industrial Plant Production Director

• Engineering degree; industrial specialization is valued.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Manager in continuous process industrial environments, preferably in the food sector.
• Knowledge of production management, continuous improvement, or Lean Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in management tools such as SAP and Microsoft Office.
• English level is a plus.

In our company, a leader in the food sector, we are driving the transformation of one of the most relevant production plants in the group, strengthening processes, equipment, and industrial capacity. The plant is located in the town of Noblejas, Toledo.

For this reason, we are looking to bring on a Production Director who wants to take on a key role in this evolution.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the production plan, guaranteeing the highest standards of quality, food safety, personnel safety, and operational efficiency.

• Coordinate with Shift Supervisors the execution of the production schedule.
• Lead and develop production teams, fostering versatility and professional growth.
• Analyze production incidents and define improvement actions.
• Oversee manufacturing processes, ensuring quality and food safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and production records.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
• Participate in process changes, industrial trials, and operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards, order, and cleanliness on the plant floor.
