The role
At Muerde la Pasta, we are looking to hire Kitchen Assistants for the preparation of the buffet.
What you'll do
- Preparation, regeneration, and constant replenishment of buffet dishes following the technical sheets.
- Strict compliance with food hygiene regulations and HACCP protocols in all tasks.
- Maintenance, order, and cleanliness of work areas according to the company's sanitization plan.
How you'll work
- Planning of mainly rotating shifts, with the occasional performance of a split shift.
- Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday (including weekends).
Requirements
- Possession of your own means of transport.
- Proactive attitude, operational agility, and the ability to work in a team in high-volume work environments.
- Interest in continuous training in food safety and industrial kitchen processes.
