The role
At Muerde la Pasta, we are looking to hire Kitchen Assistants and a Dishwasher Operator for the preparation of the buffet and the maintenance of the dishwashing area.
Dynamic profile with the capacity to learn and commitment to operating standards. No previous experience is required, but it is essential to reside in the area or have your own vehicle to ensure travel after closing.
What you'll do
- Preparation, regeneration, and constant replenishment of buffet dishes following the technical sheets.
- Strict compliance with food hygiene regulations and HACCP protocols in all tasks.
- Maintenance, order, and cleanliness of work areas according to the company's sanitization plan.
Requirements
- Availability to work in rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday (including weekends and holidays).
- Possession of your own means of transport.
- Proactive attitude, operational agility, and the ability to work in a team in high-volume work environments.
- Interest in continuous training in food safety and industrial kitchen processes.
