Tax Advisor - Transformation Project

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous experience in operational finance, process consulting, financial-accounting advisory, or transformation/digitalization projects.
• Solid knowledge of administrative and financial processes: invoicing, purchasing, collections, inventory management, and accounting closings.
• Functional knowledge of ERP and business management systems, without the need for exclusive specialization in a specific tool.
• Accounting and tax knowledge that allows for understanding their impact within business processes.
• High level of English, with the ability to maintain professional conversations and operate autonomously in meetings and interactions with international interlocutors.

At Mur&Partners, we are offering a position as Tax Advisor - Transformation Project.

The person joining will have the mission of accompanying clients through the transformation and digitalization of their administrative, financial, and accounting processes, analyzing their current operations in depth and identifying improvement opportunities that allow for the optimization and automation of their management. Starting from an understanding of the business and its needs, they will be responsible for diagnosing key processes such as invoicing, collections, purchasing, inventory management, and accounting closing, to subsequently design and drive the implementation of the most suitable management solution in each case.

The objective will be to ensure that administrative and financial processes are correctly structured and digitalized, guaranteeing that accounting and tax needs are integrated naturally within an efficient operation.

• Analyze the administrative, financial, and accounting operations of clients, understanding their processes and business needs.
• Diagnose current processes for invoicing, collections, purchasing, inventory, and accounting closing, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Design new processes and workflows oriented toward improving efficiency, automation, and information quality.
• Identify and propose the technological solutions or management systems that best respond to each client's needs, maintaining an independent approach regarding specific providers or ERPs.
• Participate in system implementation and transformation projects, acting as an interlocutor between the client's functional needs and technological solutions.
• Ensure that the designed processes allow for an adequate response to the accounting and tax requirements derived from the activity.
• Accompany the client during the change process, facilitating the adoption of new tools and ways of working.
• Detect new opportunities for digitalization, automation, and continuous process improvement.
