HVAC Manager

• Between 3-5 years of experience in technical functions linked to HVAC / climate control facilities.
• Higher Vocational Training in HVAC, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields.
• Driving license B.
• Availability to travel within the province of Barcelona.

Technical knowledge

• HVAC systems: chillers, boilers, VRV/VRF, AHUs, pumps, towers, etc.
• Interpretation of blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• RITE regulations and energy efficiency criteria.
• Maintenance management tools (CMMS), Office, and technical reporting.

• Previous experience in team coordination or a support role to management is valued.

At Mur&Partners, we are offering a position as HVAC Manager for a sports facility.

As HVAC Manager, you will provide direct support to the Facilities Management in the technical and operational coordination of HVAC services, ensuring compliance with the quality, safety, and efficiency levels established by the Group's various facilities.

You will be responsible for coordinating five of the Group's sports centers, assuming responsibility for their daily operational management, and you will provide specialized support in your area to the other centers that are not under your direct responsibility.

You will be a key figure in guaranteeing the correct execution of maintenance, optimizations, and improvements in facilities.

• Planning and supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC facilities.
• Coordinating internal technical teams and/or subcontractors, ensuring service quality.
• Participating in daily operational management, incident analysis, and the proposal of technical solutions.
• Monitoring indicators (KPIs), consumption, and energy performance.
• Collaborating in the preparation of budgets, technical reports, and improvement proposals.
• Ensuring compliance with current regulations (RITE, OSH, environmental, etc.).
• Supporting technical audits and the commissioning of new facilities.
• Acting as a technical interlocutor with internal/external clients when necessary.

Main responsibilities in the management of the centers assigned to their responsibility

• Assessing people who may fit the company profile, as well as following the defined selection process under the supervision and guidance of the People Department, the Center Management, and the Facilities Management.
• Using channels such as agenda, internal communications, individual meetings, and collective meetings, to convey all news to the team that is relevant to their tasks.
• Resolving doubts and specific incidents within the team.
• Monitoring the work carried out by each team member, controlling procedures, noting errors, and conducting direct evaluations (continuous and quarterly evaluations).
• Knowing the internal management programs (CMMS, BMS, PV, etc.)
• Reviewing the execution of the Preventive Maintenance Plan. (Facility and Fitness machinery)
• Supervising the execution and performing annual, biannual, quarterly, monthly, weekly, daily, and specific interventions.
• Minimizing machinery downtime in the event of breakdowns.
• Planning and providing the materials necessary for repairs.
• Executing the repair in cases where it is necessary.
• Supervising that the preventive work of contracted external companies is carried out in the established time and manner.
• Supervising that the corrective work of companies is carried out in the established time and manner.
• Evaluating machinery, facilities, and the building in order to propose improvements.
• Performing biweekly monitoring of center consumption to evaluate that consumption is optimal.
• Performing facility reviews to look for ways to optimize energy consumption.
• Supervising lighting and climate schedules in the BMS to optimize consumption.
• Responsible for applying Occupational Risk procedures
