Requirements

What we're looking for

What do you need to match?

Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
More than 4 years of experience in planning, demand planning, supply chain, or data analyst positions, preferably in retail/logistics.
Mastery of advanced Excel (indispensable).
Knowledge of BI or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) is valued.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Direct permanent contract with the company.
Daily meals from Monday to Thursday paid by the company
Hybrid working day
Full-time schedule from Monday to Thursday from 8:15h to 17:00h and Friday from 8:00h to 15:00h.

An important company dedicated to the worldwide distribution of European fast fashion brands is looking for a senior demand planner for its headquarters in its Vallès Oriental delegation. Working hand in hand with different departments and managing one person under your charge, you will be responsible for:

What you'll do

Preparing and updating demand forecasts, analyzing historical data, trends, sell-through, and turnover.
Managing and maintaining inventory databases, guaranteeing classification, traceability, and stock accuracy.
Administering analysis and reporting platforms (advanced Excel, BI, ERP) for decision-making.
Carrying out the planning and purchase suggestions for products, replenishments, and supplies.
Preparing management reports and presentations for commercial and operational monitoring.
Designing, building, and deploying BI solutions (reports, dashboards, automation).
Providing support to the operational team through control files, KPIs, and internal tools.
Providing support to the client by generating the documentation necessary for sales closures.
Aligning planning, resources, and objectives with the commercial strategy and campaign calendars.
