In this context, we offer an Internship in the People unit in Barcelona.

In this context, the People unit is responsible for designing and implementing projects related to employee experience, talent development, and training in both technical skills and soft skills. You will be able to develop your knowledge and acquire learning in the following areas:

• Reinforcing knowledge in internal applications and databases.
• Digitalization and automation of analytical processes (People Analytics) through statistical data processing.
• Data flow from people management processes and understanding the unit's data dashboard.
• Data automation and collaboration in the design of data analytics.
• Data quality
• Insights that support decision-making.

• Student in the final year of a Degree in Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, similar fields, or currently pursuing a master's in digitalization / data.
• English level B2 to C1.
• Intermediate knowledge of People Analytics tools: Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy.

• Intermediate knowledge and experience in the use of database tools and SQL.

En este contexto, la unidad de Personas es la encargada de diseñar e implementar proyectos relacionados con la experiencia empleado, el desarrollo del talento y la formación tanto en skills técnicas como habilidades. Podrás desarrollar tus conocimientos y adquirir aprendizaje en los siguientes ámbitos:

• Reforzar conocimientos en aplicaciones internas y BBDD.
• Digitalización y automatización de procesos analíticos (People Analytics) a través del tratamiento estadístico de datos.
• Flujo de datos de procesos de gestión de personas y comprensión del dashboard de datos de la unidad.
• Automatización de datos y colaboración en el diseño de la analítica de datos.
• Calidad del dato
• Insights que soportan la toma de decisiones.

• Estudiante de último curso de Grado de Ingeniería Industrial, telecomunicaciones, Informática, física, matemáticas, similares o cursando máster en digitalización / data.
• Inglés nivel B2 a C1.
• Conocimiento Intermedio de herramientas en People Analytics: Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy.

• Conocimiento Intermedio y experiencia en el uso de herramientas BBDD y SQL.
