At Casa Intur, we work every day to offer healthy, sustainable, and high-quality food in schools, companies, and socio-sanitary centers. Since our beginnings, we have grown with a clear purpose: to care for people through food and to create experiences that contribute to their well-being and quality of life. Now we want to take another step forward. We are committed to continuing the evolution of our gastronomic proposal, incorporating new trends, formats, ingredients, and solutions that make healthy eating an increasingly attractive, varied, and satisfying experience for our users. To drive this challenge, we are looking to bring on a Gastronomic Innovation Manager, who will lead and participate in the development of new proposals and contribute to transforming and evolving our gastronomic offering. You will be a key figure within the Catering area, working transversally with the Nutrition, Purchasing, Quality, and Operations teams to identify opportunities, develop new concepts, and turn gastronomic trends and our users' needs into concrete, viable, and differentiating proposals. Ultimately, we are looking for a person capable of combining creativity and gastronomic vision with business knowledge and the ability to bring ideas to reality.
Lead gastronomic innovation and R&D projects, identifying new trends and opportunities. Design and develop new recipes, preparations, and formats adapted to collective catering. Drive the evolution of menus and gastronomic proposals, seeking new opportunities for improvement. Participate in the development and validation of new products and raw materials. Coordinate and support the implementation of new proposals, working transversally with the different teams involved. Participate in the definition of gastronomic standards and best practices, contributing to ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience.
