About the position

We are looking for a person with a desire to learn, develop in a technical environment, and gain experience in the laboratory and quality control area. As a Laboratory Technician Trainee, you will support the team in performing analyses, quality controls, sample preparation, and record-keeping tasks, while taking part in the day-to-day operations of the laboratory and collaborating with other areas such as production and quality.

This is an ideal opportunity for students or recent graduates who want to start their professional career in an industrial environment and learn firsthand how a quality control laboratory works. The position focuses on analysis, raw material control, in-process and finished product testing, as well as support in documentation and laboratory maintenance.

• Provide support in the quality control of raw materials upon receipt, verifying together with the team that they meet the established parameters.

• Collaborate in performing quality analyses on in-process and finished products.

• Help with recording results of analyses, tests, and trials in the established systems and formats.

• Provide support in identifying and communicating incidents or deviations observed during controls.

• Collaborate in the preparation of formulations, samples, and tests assigned by the technical team.

• Support the order, cleanliness, and maintenance of the laboratory, as well as the proper conservation of materials, reagents, and equipment.

• Participate in equipment calibration and verification tasks under supervision.

• Collaborate in preparing technical documentation and reports related to laboratory activities.
