What we offer

Initial 3-month contract through a temporary employment agency, with subsequent direct hire by the company.
Salary of €9.72 gross/hour.
Monthly incentives after joining the permanent staff.
- Team average: €500 per month.
- Possibility of significantly exceeding this amount depending on results.

The role

Do you have experience in collections management and are you passionate about challenges? We are looking to hire a Collections Manager for a stable project, with real possibility of permanent employment and an attractive incentive system.

What you'll do

Duties

Management and monitoring of recovery files.
Telephone contact with customers for the regularization of payments.
Negotiating payment agreements and commitments.
Registration and updating of information in the system.
Meeting individual and team targets.

How you'll work

Working day from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 h.
One Saturday per month from 09:00 to 14:00 h.
Hours worked on Saturday are subsequently compensated by reducing one hour daily during the corresponding week.
