What you'll get

The role

Do you have experience in administrative tasks and document handling? At Nortempo, we are looking for a person to join a document digitization project for the Instituto Catalán de Salud (ICS).

What you'll do

Preparation and organization of documentation.
Digitization of documents using a scanner.
Document indexing and classification.
Management of personnel files, hiring documentation, and infrastructure.
File and control documentation.
