The role

We are looking for an Administrative Clerk to join a project in the financial sector.

If you are an organized, detail-oriented person with experience in document management, we want to meet you!

What you'll do

What will your responsibilities be? - Receiving and classifying documentation.

Physical and digital filing of documents.
Digitization and document organization.
Locating and preparing files.
Monitoring and tracking documentation and files.
Managing and resolving document-related issues.
Complying with confidentiality, security, and data protection procedures.
Administrative support in tasks related to document management.

Requirements

University degree.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or document management roles.

Organisational skills and attention to detail.

Experience in banking or financial environments is a plus.

Responsible, methodical, and quality-oriented person.
