  • You have a degree in Business Administration or another relevant field

  • You have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative position, preferably in the banking or financial services sector

What you'll do

As we have already said, your main mission will be to act as the direct point of contact and reference for clients and suppliers, ensuring both daily efficiency and an excellent experience, always looking out for the security of our operations.

To achieve your mission, you will:

  • Be the main point of contact for clients in the management, operation, and resolution of their day-to-day financing.

  • Provide direct and guided support to our clients' suppliers, facilitating confirming operations as much as possible.

  • Review and ensure that all client documentation is always up to date and in accordance with our standards.

  • Guarantee the best experience for the client, balancing excellent service with the strict application of internal procedures to protect the company and avoid operational risks.

  • Coordinate and collaborate closely with other key areas (such as risk, legal, or collections) to ensure that every operation flows without friction.

About the company & team

Novicap is a comprehensive working capital solutions provider focused on enabling CFOs/finance teams of SMEs to pay their suppliers and collect from their customers. This includes short-term credit (factoring, supply chain finance, and loans) and payment automation solutions.

With offices in Barcelona and Madrid, we are currently looking for an Operations Specialist who wants to join our team in Barcelona. You will help us in the commercialization of our credit and technological solutions to SMEs and mid-market companies in Spain.

You will report directly to our Operations Manager and work in close collaboration with the rest of the teams in Madrid, Barcelona, and the rest of Spain. We are a young and dynamic team waiting for you with open arms!
