About the role

Novicap is a comprehensive working capital solutions provider focused on enabling CFOs/finance teams of SMEs to pay their suppliers and collect from their customers. This includes short-term credit (factoring, supply chain finance, and loans) and payment automation solutions.

With offices in Barcelona and Madrid, we are currently looking for an Operations Specialist who wants to join our team in Barcelona. You will help us market our credit and technology solutions to SMEs and mid-market companies in Spain.

As we have already mentioned, your main mission will be to act as the direct point of contact and reference for clients and suppliers, ensuring both daily efficiency and an excellent experience, always safeguarding the security of our operations.

What you'll do

To achieve your mission, you will:

  • Be the main point of contact for clients in managing, operating, and resolving their day-to-day financing.

  • Provide direct and guided support to our clients' suppliers, making supply chain financing operations as easy as possible.

  • Review and ensure that all client documentation is always up to date and compliant with our standards.

  • Ensure the best client experience, balancing excellent service with the strict application of internal procedures to protect the company and avoid operational risks.

  • Coordinate and collaborate closely with other key areas (such as risk, legal, or collections) to ensure that every operation flows without friction.
