The role

We are looking for a responsible, customer-oriented person to manage customer service and the proper operation of our games room, ensuring compliance with regulations and an excellent experience for our customers.

What you'll do

Customer service on the floor, resolving queries with professional and friendly treatment.
Access control and verification of legal requirements (age, identification, capacity).
Basic supervision of machines and reporting of incidents.
Cash management: payments, change and cash control.
Monitoring compliance with rules and acting on incidents.
Support with opening, closing and maintaining the order of the premises.
