The role

What you'll do

- In-person and telephone customer service for current and potential PortAventura Club members, providing complete information regarding products, advantages, conditions, registration, renewal, and cancellation processes.

- Conveying to the customer the image, values, and vision of PortAventura as a Company.

- Comprehensive management of registrations, renewals, cancellations, modifications, and the issuance of new Club cards.

- Management of complaints, incidents, and suggestions related to the Club, escalating those requiring intervention or process improvement to the manager.

- Execution of Outbound campaigns (member recovery, renewals, promotional campaigns, data updates, surveys, etc.).

- Maintenance of an updated member database, following established quality protocols.

- Assistance and resolution of inquiries regarding benefits, discounts, and conditions associated with the Club card.

- Support for events, kit deliveries, special collections, or other specific Club actions.

- Anticipating customer needs, maintaining positive, polite, and correct communication with the customer.

- Actively participating in the improvement of systems and procedures.

- Following the instructions set by the Supervisor, Front Office area, and Specialists in order to achieve the unit's objectives.

- Following up on cases and incidents that have occurred, as well as proposing solutions to them.

- Supporting the area in the functions assigned to it.

- Grouping all information, protocols, and manuals into a consultation “Book”.
