What we're looking for

We are looking for a person with vocational training in the laboratory area who wants to continue developing in a technical and quality-oriented environment.

Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training (FP) related to laboratory, analysis and quality control, chemistry, or similar.
Initial laboratory experience, ranging from professional internships to approximately 3 years of experience.
Ability to work in a team and a desire to learn and develop professionally.

The role

At Nutreco, we are looking to hire a Laboratory Technician to join our team in Torre-Pacheco (Murcia).

What you'll do

As part of the laboratory team, your main responsibilities will be:

Performing quality analysis and controls of raw materials, products in process, and finished products.
Preparing samples and performing tests following established procedures.
Correctly recording the results and data obtained in the corresponding systems.
Detecting and communicating possible deviations or results out of specification.
Performing basic controls, calibrations, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Working following internal procedures, quality standards, and laboratory safety regulations.
Collaborating with the team on continuous improvement initiatives.
