WHAT WILL YOUR DUTIES BE?🔧:

  • Connect with the reality of our warehouses: You will visit the different centers in your area, observing, listening, and understanding the needs of the teams to help them turn safety challenges into opportunities for improvement.

  • Influence through proximity: You will support managers and employees in implementing Health and Safety policies and procedures, becoming a reference point who provides criteria, support, and practical solutions.

  • Drive continuous improvement: You will identify risks, analyze incidents, and follow up on preventive actions so that every lesson learned translates into a safer work environment.

  • Care for people: You will ensure that our safety, training, business coordination, and occupational health standards are naturally integrated into the daily operations of the warehouses.

WHO IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE? 🤩

  • Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention with the three specialties.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS roles within operational environments (retail, logistics, construction, industry, maintenance, or similar).

  • A valid driver's license.

  • Based in Madrid.

  • Availability for weekly travel to the north of Spain.
