Requirements

What we're looking for

Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention with the three specialties.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS roles within operational environments (retail, logistics, construction, industry, maintenance, or similar).
A valid driver's license.
Residency in Galicia.
Availability to travel weekly to the northwest region of Spain.

What you'll do

WHAT WILL YOUR DUTIES BE?🔧

Connect with the reality of our warehouses: You will visit the different centers in your area, observing, listening, and understanding the needs of the teams to help them turn safety challenges into opportunities for improvement.
Influence through proximity: You will support managers and employees in implementing Health and Safety policies and procedures, becoming a reference point who provides criteria, support, and practical solutions.
Drive continuous improvement: You will identify risks, analyze incidents, and follow up on preventive actions so that every lesson learned translates into a safer work environment.
Care for people: You will ensure that our safety, training, business coordination, and occupational health standards are naturally integrated into the daily operations of the warehouses.
