Senior OSH Technician (Mallorca/Lleida)

• Essential to be a Senior Occupational Health and Safety Technician (all 3 specialties: Safety, Hygiene, and Ergonomics and Psychosociology), with Higher Vocational Training, a degree, or a diploma in any branch of engineering
• Essential to have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior OSH Technician (preferably in an External Prevention Service)
• Ability to identify deviations and risks and propose corrective solutions or adjustments to the company's prevention plan
• Knowledge of IT Tools (Office and Excel)

At Erion Mantenimiento Ferroviario, we are looking for OSH Technicians to strengthen our team in Mallorca and/or Lleida.

• Promoting the prevention culture within the company
• Document management and updating regarding OSH: risk assessments, planning of preventive activities, occupational accidents, hygienic measurements, and document management: e.g., updating procedures, drafting Work Instructions, collecting data for monitoring OSH indicators, preparing training material for awareness campaigns, etc.
• Implementation, control, and monitoring of compliance with risk assessments and preventive activity planning across the various work centers
• Managing and monitoring occupational accidents, analyzing their root causes, and implementing corrective measures to reduce accident rates. Coordinating the investigation of incidents and accidents, preparing safety statistics and indicators, and proposing action plans oriented toward the continuous improvement of working conditions
• Performing Operational Controls in the different workshops, as well as producing reports
• Supporting the Maintenance Manager in compliance with occupational health and safety, quality, and environmental measures at the work centers
• Supporting and participating in the preparation and execution of internal and external Audits
• Identification and updating of applicable legislation. Updating via the Intral tool
• Managing documentation regarding Coordination of Business Activities (CAE) with collaborating companies. Uploading documentation into different management programs
• Managing the Company's Health Surveillance
• Monitoring OSH indicators,
• Delivering OSH Awareness talks,
• Acting as the interlocutor with the OSH Technician from the External Prevention Service: managing risk assessments, OSH planning, investigation of incidents and occupational and environmental accidents, drills, etc.
• Ensuring compliance with Company procedures and standards
