What we're looking for

Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (essential).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in OHS functions, preferably in an industrial or multinational environment.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage different projects simultaneously.
Communication, influence, and ability to work with different stakeholders.
Availability to travel regularly within the assigned area.
English level B1-B2 is desirable.

Elis is looking to incorporate a Senior Occupational Risk Prevention Technician to provide support to several workplaces in the South Levante area, based in Quart de Poblet, Valencia.

This is a position with regional scope, combining technical work in OHS, coordination with plants, and participation in corporate health and safety projects.

What you'll do

Manage the preventive activity of the centers in the South Levante area, performing and updating risk assessments, hygienic studies, and ergonomic evaluations.
Investigate accidents and incidents, monitor corrective actions, and prepare the corresponding reports.
Coordinate health surveillance and monitor especially sensitive personnel.
Perform periodic visits to the centers to verify compliance with safety procedures and standards.
Collaborate with Plant Management, HR, and middle management in the implementation of a preventive culture.
Participate in audits, regulatory inspections, health and safety committees, and Group corporate projects.
Develop and analyze health and safety indicators, proposing improvement actions.
Deliver or coordinate training sessions and OHS induction programs.
