Requirements

What we're looking for

What would we like to see in your profile? We are not looking for someone who simply meets requirements on paper, but for the person who possesses the necessary tools to succeed and feel comfortable in this challenge:

  • Analytical and Technological Background: Around 3 to 5 years of experience in management control, PMO, or operational planning, accompanied by a university degree (Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or similar). You will need this foundation because you will manage the operational reporting of various business lines.

  • Change Management and Influential Leadership (Project Management): Your empathy and negotiation skills will be vital to interact with multiple stakeholders. You will lead change in teams distributed throughout Spain that do not report to you directly in a hierarchy, so earning their trust is essential.

  • Hands-on mindset with data: Mastery of advanced Excel and BI (such as PowerBI). You will use these tools daily not only to analyze, but to diagnose, propose rapid business solutions, and act.

Nice to have

  • (Previous experience in certification bodies or knowledge of ENAC and ISO 17021-1 regulations will be valued, as it will provide you with great agility in your first months).

Languages

  • Languages: Fluent Catalan and Spanish. English is desirable. You will communicate constantly with different delegations and organizational levels.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

  • A blank canvas with direct impact: This is a newly created position reporting directly to the Operations Director. You will not be just another piece; your decisions will have absolute visibility.

  • Real development: You are joining the company with the most explosive growth in the sector, characterized by a flat, entrepreneurial structure and rapid decision-making, guaranteeing tangible opportunities for internal growth.

  • Real balance and disconnection: You will work Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 18:00, and you will enjoy intensive working days (from 8:30 to 15:30) every Friday, every eve of a holiday, and every day during the months of July and August. Additionally, so that you can disconnect with your loved ones, December 24th and 31st are free for everyone.

The role

Reporting directly to the Operations Director, we are looking for an Operational Control Manager (PMO) who wants to go beyond traditional reporting. An action-oriented person who enjoys converting data into real strategies and who wants to lead, through empathy and influence, the technological change across all our delegations in Spain.

What you'll do

  • Lead the implementation of the new ERP and digital tools nationwide to ensure our operational network evolves technologically, becoming the main point of reference for our internal transformation.

  • Optimize technical capacity and auditor routes, crossing demand data and integrating digital tools, to maximize the profitability of working days, ensuring your analytical vision translates into greater efficiency and immediate success.

  • Design and evolve our Operations dashboard to guarantee data quality and facilitate strategic decisions, giving you a level of autonomy and direct impact on General Management.

  • Coordinate cross-functional work teams and manage the network of external collaborators to ensure ENAC's high standards of impartiality, developing multi-actor leadership and project management that will mark a milestone in your professional career.
