The role

At OCN, a construction company with over 23 years of experience and specialized in high-value building projects, we are looking to hire a Management Controller and ERP to provide cross-functional support to the Organization & IT team.

What you'll do

· ERP management (SIS Group): Support maintenance, implement improvements, assist and help colleagues with troubleshooting, manage errors, and provide training.

· Maintenance and creation of dashboards in Power BI:

- Develop and update reports.

- Create dashboards for decision-making.

· Standardize and optimize internal processes.

· Assist with month-end closing processes.

· Collaborate with external suppliers.

· Support the Organization & IT Director in their daily duties.

· Analyze, improve, and document processes to increase operational efficiency.

· Collaborate in preparing and reviewing monthly financial reports.

· Manage relationships with software and hardware suppliers, ensuring optimal and assertive service.

· Provide assistance with administrative and technical tasks.

How you'll work

· On-site position. (Almazora. (Castellón))

Requirements

· Training in business administration, finance, engineering, or similar.

· Preferably with experience in consulting.

· Experience managing ERP.

· Proficiency in Power BI.

· Applied Artificial Intelligence.

· Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

· Knowledge of the Claude ecosystem is a plus.
