What you'll do

Provide technical and administrative support to the Technical Management, collaborating in the management of facilities, technical documentation, renovation projects, consumption, and maintenance of the shopping center.

Support in the management and tasks of the Technical Director.
Review and monitoring of projects and renovations of commercial premises.
Maintenance and updating of technical documentation, regulations, and statutory inspections.
Assistance and accompaniment of experts and insurance companies in claims management.
Preparation and monitoring of the distribution of the center's consumption (water, electricity, and other supplies).
